100 PERCENTO ARABICA IS THE FIRST FILICORI ZECCHINI PURE ARABICA BLEND. THE 100 IN THE NAME IS A REFERENCE TO BOTH THE PERCENTAGE OF ARABICA, AND TO CELEBRATE THE 100 YEARS OF THE COMPANY. EACH OF THE TYPES OF COFFEE USED IS ROASTED SEPARATELY AND WITH DIFFERENT LEVELS OF ROASTING, TO GIVE A MORE MODERN FLAVOR TO THE BLEND, WHILST KEEPING AN EXCELLENT LEVEL OF CREAMINESS.
